We will refund the amount of purchase,
minus the original shipping charges
indicated on your bill. Returns will need to be postmarked within 15
days
of date we originally shipped item to you.
Items must be returned to us by U.S. Mail, UPS or FedEx, insured for
amount you paid and with a signature required upon delivery to us.
Items must be in original new condition (with no alterations of any kind)
and properly boxed to secure item in packaging when we receive it, along
with your explanation of reason for return. Please provide your Name,
Address, Telephone No. and original receipt as well as method of payment
used to make the purchase.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify the authenticity of the item
being returned to us, and that it has been returned to us in its new and
original condition, in order to proceed with the refund on your purchase.
Please allow approx. 10-15 working days to receive your refund. Refunds
on purchases made by major credit cards, and bankcards will be refunded
electronically, and will appear on your statement.
